We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all of the great care you gave to our mother. She was a special person with a keen sense of humor, and we know the staff had fun learning her high school fight song!

 Arbor Springs was a wonderful place for our father. It was the third facility we tried and it was a blessing. Dad was so content there. The staff was well trained to care for people suffering from dementia. It was such a happy, positive place that visits were fun. They were kind, patient, and respectful. Arbor Springs has given us such a safe, welcoming place to land when it seemed like our world was totally upside down. They guided us and made us both feel like family from the first day. Most of our family live far away, but we have staff members and other families that we can share this new world with and feel blessed to be both happy and sad with. Life can be so unpredictable, no matter how carefully we planned, but we feel loved and protected here at Arbor. They are our family now.
