Arbor Springs has exceptional staffing ratios (1:5) which enable the caregivers to not only provide assistance with ADLs but also with programming needs.  We employee several Certified Dementia Practitioners as well as a National Certified Dementia Care Manager.  Arbor Springs also has on-site therapy and restorative staff which allow for flexibility in providing therapy needs to our residents.  We create weekly calendars consisting of activities that are best suited for those with dementia.  Our programming is scheduled for 15 hours each day and focuses on keeping the brain active.
